About Silk Towers
The Silk Towers complex includes premium-class apartments, hotels, banquet and conference spaces, cinema and theater halls, commercial zones, cafes and restaurants, a yacht club, and sports and wellness facilities. Located in the heart of Batumi, the complex overlooks the Batumi shoreline and boulevard on one side and the city's historic center and the Adjara mountains on the other.
Adjacent to the complex, Silk Development is creating a 2-hectare recreational zone designed by the Danish landscape architecture firm MASU Planning. This recreational area will feature a municipal park that will become an integral part of the local urban fabric and a reflection of Batumi's character.
The Silk Towers project was designed by the Japanese architectural firm Kengo Kuma and Associates, globally renowned for their philosophy of harmoniously blending natural environments with architecture. It was Kengo Kuma who invited MASU Planning to design the park. The new municipal park will seamlessly integrate with the diverse infrastructure of the multifunctional Silk Towers project.
