Green Cape Botanico is located near Batumi, just a 2-minute walk from the Botanical Garden and only 9 km from the city center. Its construction was completed in 2023. The complex consists of two 7-story residential buildings and a wellness and relaxation center. Each of the 80 apartments features large panoramic windows that offer breathtaking views of the Black Sea and the surrounding natural landscape. The buildings blend seamlessly with the lush subtropical environment, fully immersed in nature, creating a harmonious and tranquil retreat for residents and visitors alike.

Designed by MUA Architecture & Placemaking, the project harmoniously blends the buildings with the subtropical environment, providing residents and visitors with a unique sense of closeness to nature.

In addition to the residential units, the complex offers a range of amenities for comfortable and peaceful relaxation, including a café, bar, swimming pools, fitness center, and spa, all accessible to both residents and guests.
