Silk Development as General Sponsor of Property Exclusive 2026

Silk Development was the general sponsor of the real estate investment event Property Exclusive 2026, held on April 26, 2026. The event, which became the first AI-driven real estate forum in Georgia, was organized by Property Georgia and FIABCI-Georgia.

The company’s Chief Commercial Officer, Lina Buziashvili, participated in the panel discussion “Georgia as a Real Estate Investment Hub: Insights from Industry Leaders.” During the discussion, she highlighted current trends in the development of the Georgian market and its future outlook. In this context, she also spoke about Silk Development’s ongoing project in Batumi - Silk Towers.

Silk Development also presented a panel discussion on sustainable and green construction, featuring the company’s architect, Medea Kiria. She shared insights from the recently opened Telegraph Hotel, one of Silk Development’s standout projects, which has successfully passed the LEED pre-certification stage and is expected to receive official U.S. green building certification in the near future.
