Silk Road Group’s USD 400 Million Eurobonds Win CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Award 2025
We are pleased that Silk Road Group’s USD 400 million Eurobond issuance has been recognized as Deal of the Year at the CEE LEGAL MATTERS Deal of the Year Awards 2025.
The winning deal was announced in Bucharest, during the 2025 Deals of the Year Awards ceremony, held alongside the 2026 CEE General Counsel Summit, which brought together leading lawyers and General Counsel from across the region.
The transaction was jointly led by J.P. Morgan and UBS as Joint Lead Managers, Bookrunners and Rating Advisors. The co-lead managers of the transaction were TBC Capital - თიბისი კაპიტალი, Galt & Taggart - გალტ & თაგარტი, and the international brokerage and international investment bank Oppenheimer.
The legal aspects of the transaction were overseen by the global law firms Dentons and Baker McKenzie, in collaboration with local partners Dentons Georgia and BLC Law Office. Audit services were provided by KPMG.
