Construction of 20,000 m² Municipal Park Continues in Batumi

Silk Development is actively continuing the construction of a 20,000 m² municipal park in Batumi - a project aimed at diversifying the city’s infrastructure and creating a high-quality, comfortable public space for residents.

The park will feature multiple functional zones, including sports fields, padel courts, relaxation areas, and walking paths. Special attention is being given to landscaping. The park will incorporate over 210 species of local and international plants, including grandiflora magnolias, gardenias, callistemons, butia capitatas, and more.

The design and concept of the park were developed by MASU Planning, a leading Danish landscape architecture studio known for its context-driven approach focused on preserving local identity and environmental character. This philosophy ensures the park’s harmonious integration into Batumi’s urban and natural surroundings.

The project is part of Silk Development’s broader urban development strategy, which focuses on creating spaces that reflect the character of the city, bring people together, and enhance overall quality of life.
