Green Cape Botanico Wins the Archello Award 2024

The Archello Awards is a prestigious international architectural competition that annually recognizes the best architectural projects, interior designs, and firms worldwide across various categories.

In 2024, from over 1,000 entries, our Green Cape Botanico residential complex was selected as the People’s Choice Winner in the Housing Project of the Year – Mid Rise category at the Archello Award 2024!

Green Cape Botanico offers breathtaking views and a seamless connection between the natural beauty of Green Cape and the Black Sea. The master plan is a harmonious blend of contemporary architecture, natural landscapes, and community-oriented design. The project features: two 7-story residential buildings with 80 premium-class apartments; a wellness and relaxation center with swimming pools, a fitness studio, and a restaurant; panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, providing spectacular sea views
