Green Cape Botanico Wins the FIABCI-Georgia Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024

The FIABCI-Georgia Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024, a prestigious real estate gala, took place in Batumi on October 11.

Our residential complex, Green Cape Botanico, was named the winner in two national award categories. An international jury of real estate experts evaluated the registered projects, recognizing outstanding achievements in the industry.

Green Cape Botanico was awarded as the Best Resort Development of 2024 and the Best Mid-Rise Residential Building.

The project's master plan, architecture, interior, and landscape design were developed by MUA – Architecture & Placemaking, ensuring a perfect blend of modern living and natural harmony.
